Canada Immigration is a private consultancy based in Kenya that helps clients prepare applications for Canadian visas and permits. What information we collect
This website does not store the information you type into our forms. When you tap Apply Now, your answers are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and you decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive:
- Your name, phone number, town and email (if given).
- The visa type you want, your timeline, and whether you have a passport and a lawyer.
- The details you choose to share about family, property, social ties, employment, income and education.
- A photo of your passport, only if you choose to send one in the chat.
How we use it
- To assess which Canadian pathway may suit you and to reply to your request.
- To prepare your application if you become a client under a signed agreement.
- We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Messages are sent through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Please only send documents you are comfortable sharing through WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for as long as the engagement and legal record-keeping require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to correct it, and to ask for it to be deleted. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp at 0729 933 613.
Cookies and analytics
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we add advertising or analytics tools (such as Google Ads conversion tracking), they may set cookies to measure visits, and we will update this policy.
